Refund policy

Any damages to your purchase, please let us know so we can fix it for you right away! We do not offer refunds but we will gladly exchange your item or give store credit.

Please keep in mind that many of my materials are vintage & repurposed, so I am not always aware of their prior history, but I do do my best to make you a durable piece! :)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
